Centre Coaching

The Ridgewood Athletics Centre is committed to supporting the development of all Centre Athletes.

Ridgewood Athletics Centre offers Centre Training sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 5pm and 6.30pm at Halesworth Park for athletes in U12 and above age groups.
Please note that U7 to U11 athletes are unable to attend these sessions and should attend Club Training.

Athletes attending these training sessions should be aware that these are 'Advanced' technical training sessions and commitment to full participation during these sessions is expected from all athletes in attendance.

All parents must remain at Halesworth Park for the duration of the sessions. Parental assistance may be required at Field Event sites.
