Athletics West Little Athletics Program Event Specifications and Athletics West Strive Program Event Specifications are utilised as part of the Ridgewood Athletics Centre Rules of Competition.
Ridgewood Athletics Centre follows the prescribed hurdle heights/distance and throw implement weights. The High Jump starting heights and Long/Triple Jump board distances will be determined by the Ridgewood Athletics Centre Board from time to time.
