2025 Athletics West State Track & Field Relay Championship

Date: Saturday 13th December 2025
Venue: WA Athletics Stadium, Floreat Eligible Athletes: Athletes born 2017 and before The Ridgewood Relay Selection Committee will select the teams for this competition based on performance in the first part of the season. Athletes will compete in their Little Athletics Age Groups unless competing for a separate Senior Club. Important Documents

Note: All athletes are encouraged to read the Event Rules and Regulations specific for the Relay Championships.
Selected athletes may be limited to only compete in the Track Events OR the Field Events. If selected for both based on initial selection policy, athletes will need to select which discipline to contest.
Selection Information
Our initial training squads for each age group both boys and girls will be selected during October and announced in Early November, as per the Relay Selection Policy. For full details on team selection, rules and participants commitment, please see the Relay Selection Policy on our website.
We aim to train all track squads on the same days/times as much as possible, please ensure your athletes are attending as this will strengthen not only their skills, but also team and centre spirit.
Athletes must compete in full Ridgewood Centre Uniform. Shoes are compulsory, spikes are permitted for U12 upwards as the Athletics West Spike policy. Registration numbers are required to worn on the Centre Uniform.
NOTE: Training for this event may clash with club training. Parents must be prepared to be rostered on a site. Coaches are exempt from helping on sites due to the need to prepare their athletes.
NOTE: there will be no competition at Halesworth Park on the day of this event.
