The 2026 Fuel To Go & Play WA State Junior Championships is a qualification event for the Australian Athletics Junior Championships and selection event for Coles Australian Little Athletics Championships for eligible athletes. The Selection Guideline and team information is available on the Australian Junior Championships Team page. For athletes born in 2009-2013 (inclusive) are eligible to contest events for the State Team selection for the Australian Athletics Junior Championships.
Athlete's born in 2014 and 2013, are eligible to nominate and be selected for Coles Australian Little Athletics Championships. Any athlete who will be considered for the 2026 ALAC Team must:

- Be a current Athletics West registered member (with the Little Athletics WA or Strive Program).
- Born 2014 (Under 13) or Born 2013 (Under 14).
- Nominate for selection: ALL ATHLETES wishing to be considered for selection for the WA ALAC team MUST indicate this when registering to compete through the WA Junior Championships entry portal. Participants will be asked whether they wish to be considered for selection for the 2026 Australian Little Athletics Championships, and only athletes who check this box to indicate ‘YES’ will be considered.
